We produce a precise and accurate estimate of the building cost and how long the project will take before construction begins. Once the contract is signed, the job is ready to begin.
Procurement
At this phase, we ensure that all long lead time materials are purchased and stored in our warehouse to prevent material delays.
Construction
Construction starts with our project manager and supervisor, who oversees the build and send updates.
Close Out
After construction, we address a punch list, warranty, operation, maintenance documents, etc.
